Cancellation Policy – Memez Store

At Memez Store, your satisfaction matters. However, as all of our products are made-to-order, please carefully read the following cancellation terms before making a purchase.

🛑 Order Cancellation Window

Our fulfillment process begins quickly after you place an order.

• You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order.

• After 2 hours, your order is automatically sent for production and can no longer be canceled, modified, or refunded unless the item is defective or incorrect.

To cancel within the 2-hour window:

• Email us at info@memez.store or khurramazizshaikh555@gmail.com

• Use the subject line: "Cancel My Order" and include your order number.

If your order has not yet entered production, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund.

🚫 Change of Mind

We do not accept cancellations due to a change of mind.
Once your order is placed, it is final unless there is a defect or production error.

❌ Orders That Cannot Be Canceled

• Orders past the 2-hour window.

• Orders already in production or shipped.

• Personalized/custom items unless defective.

📦 Refusing Delivery

Refusing the package upon delivery does not qualify for a cancellation or refund.
