Welcome to Memez Store. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services, so please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Products & Print-On-Demand

All products listed on Memez Store are made-to-order through third-party print providers (e.g., Printify). This means:

Products are only created after you place your order.
Minor variations may occur between mockups and final printed products.
We do not hold physical inventory.

3. Order Process

Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation.
Orders are processed automatically and sent to production within 2 hours.
Cancellations are only accepted within 2 hours of purchase.
No modifications or cancellations can be made after this window (see our Cancellation Policy).

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in your selected currency and include applicable taxes (unless stated).
We reserve the right to change pricing without notice.
Secure payment is accepted via Shopify’s integrated checkout system (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, etc.).

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times vary depending on location and print provider.
Estimated delivery time is displayed at checkout.
Memez Store is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our items, returns and refunds are only issued for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
To request a return or replacement, contact info@memez.store within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, logos, product descriptions, and content on memez.store are the intellectual property of Memez Store or its content suppliers. You may not copy, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. User Conduct

Not engage in any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
Not use bots, crawlers, or automated systems without permission.
Not post or transmit any harmful code or files.

Violation of these rules may result in termination of access.
