As our products are custom-made on demand through our print partner Printify, we follow a return and refund policy that aligns with Shopify’s guidelines, Printify’s fulfillment policies, and Google Merchant Center requirements.

1. 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
✔ Unworn, unused, and in its original condition
✔ With tags and in original packaging
✔ Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

🚨 We do NOT accept returns for: ❌ Buyer’s remorse (e.g., incorrect size, color, or change of mind)
❌ Custom-made or personalized products (as all our products are made-to-order)
❌ Gift cards & sale items
❌ Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
❌ Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants, flowers)

2. Damages, Defects, & Wrong Items

We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive a:
✅ Damaged item
✅ Manufacturing defect
✅ Wrong item

📌 Follow these steps to request a replacement or refund:

2️⃣ Attach clear photos showing the issue.
3️⃣ Once verified, we will offer a free replacement or refund.

If the issue is due to a manufacturing defect or damage during transit, Printify will cover the replacement or refund.

3. Return Address & Undelivered Orders

🚨 Where do returns go?
Since Printify uses multiple print providers worldwide, the return address varies based on where the item was printed. The return address will automatically be included on your shipping label.

🔹 Undelivered Packages & Incorrect Addresses:

• If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, it will go back to the print provider’s facility.
• We do NOT issue refunds for returned packages due to incorrect addresses.
• If you want the package resent, additional shipping charges will apply.

🔹 Want to handle returns yourself?
If you prefer, you can set a custom return address in your Shopify store settings.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges as all items are made-to-order. If you need a different size or design:
1️⃣ Return the item (if eligible)
2️⃣ Place a new order separately

5. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided that:
✔ The item is in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
✔ You provide proof of purchase.

Refunds will be processed in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

6. Refund Processing & Timelines

✅ Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.
✅ If approved, a refund will be issued within 10 business days to your original payment method.
✅ Please allow additional time for banks or credit card companies to process the refund.
