As a print-on-demand store using Printify as our print partner, we follow a shipping policy that aligns with Shopify’s guidelines, Printify’s fulfillment processes, and Google Merchant Center requirements.
1. Order Processing & Fulfillment
📦 Processing Time:
- All items are custom-made after you place an order.
- Orders typically take 2-7 business days for production before shipping.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
🚨 Important: Since our products are made on demand, processing times may vary depending on order volume, location, and production capacity.

- If your tracking number is not updating, please allow 48-72 hours for updates.

5. Shipping Restrictions & Address Issues

- We are not responsible for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect addresses.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

- If your order is delayed beyond 30 business days, contact us for assistance.
- We will work with Printify & shipping carriers to resolve the issue.
📌 Stolen Packages:
- We are not responsible for stolen packages once marked as delivered.
- If you suspect theft, check with neighbors or contact your local post office.
💡 Tip: Consider using a secure shipping address or a delivery location where someone can receive the package.
7. International Shipping & Customs

Since Printify partners with multiple print providers worldwide, your order may be fulfilled by different suppliers. If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive separately at different times.
